Responsibilities

• Support the team to perform daily monitoring on Private Banking business platform operations and processes for operation efficiency through continuous work improvement and risk mitigation
• Support in implementing monitoring procedures to ensure front line sales operate in accordance with trade policies and compliance regulations
• Support the team to guide frontline in reinforcing the standard of risk & control across platform
• Assist in the development and optimization of Private Banking systems to ensure the systems follow compliance and risk control requirements
• Ensure policies & procedures are implemented in practical and effective way

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Business or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of experience in private banking business, with exposure to platform risk management
• Familiar with local private banking regulatory requirements
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
