Job Description

  • Prepare the annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements and other corporate communications to shareholders
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
  • Provide full range of company secretarial services, organize Board and general meetings and ensure a robust process to be achieved
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and enhance corporate governance measures
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with professional memberships of ICSA / HKICS
  • At least 7 years’ hands-on solid company secretarial experience gained from banking sector is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin is a distinctive advantage
  • Effective interpersonal communication skill
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details are essential
