Responsibilities:
- Drive human resources operational excellence and support business goals
- Provide advisory services on talent management, performance and employee development
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent and build robust talent pipelines
- Lead and manage talent review and succession planning processes
- Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
- Promote the Bank of China Talent branding through effective channels
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics with insightful management reporting
- Champion corporate culture initiatives and drive employee engagement programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or related field is preferred
- Strong HR advisory and stakeholder management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proven experience in talent management and L&D practices
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
