Assistant Operation Officer / Operation Officer (Global Market)

Job Duty:

• Handle daily activities on trade settlement, reconciliation and reporting
• Handle global corporate actions activities, identify and resolve exceptions
• Ensure corporate actions deadlines are fully met to limit any exposures
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties and global custodian
• Maintain and improve internal control procedures

Requirement:

• Diploma or above is preferable
• Candidate with bachelor degree or with relevant working experience will be considered as an Operation Officer
• Knowledge in Database, VBA or Python language would be an advantage
• Detail-minded, independent and responsible
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills and able to work independently
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to cover public holidays
