Family Office Business Consultant

Job Description

• Provide professional wealth management and asset allocation solutions to help clients achieve asset preservation and growth objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, and develop, tailor, and continuously optimize family office service plans.
• Develop and maintain high-net-worth client relationships, establishing long-term, stable partnerships while enhancing client satisfaction.
• Independently manage client engagements, needs assessment, and project execution to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities to enhance the company's brand influence in the family office and high-end financial services sectors.
• Collaborate with the team to promote integrated financial solutions, leveraging cross-disciplinary resources such as investments, taxation, and trust services.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; preference given to majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in family offices, private banking, asset management, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the operational models, investment instruments, and regulatory environments of major global financial markets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client trust.
• Strong independent working ability to efficiently manage client project processes and achieve business goals.
• High professional ethics, confidentiality awareness, and a sense of responsibility, adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or eligible under the Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG), or Dependant Visa.
