Property Manager (Security & Operations Focus) - $50K up, 5-day work

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the on-site contractor representative, taking full responsibility for the security and safety operations of the property.

Manage and lead the on-site security team, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and discipline.

Oversee the Security Contractor, ensuring service level agreements are met and effective daily communication is maintained.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential safety or security issues.

Develop and implement strategic security plans, including staff deployment schedules and emergency response protocols.

Lead investigations into any incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree from a Hong Kong institution or formal training in a relevant field (law enforcement, property management, facilities management).

Fluency in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders, staff, and authorities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within property security, facilities management, or a high-end hospitality environment, with experience managing large teams or sites. Candidates with 10 years of law enforcement leadership experience will also be considered.

Proven experience in staff training, operational risk assessment, and incident management.
