Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, and maintain an inviting ambiance throughout the establishment..
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support staff development and performance evaluations.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Foster a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
Service Excellence: Uphold fine dining service protocols, ensuring consistency in table settings, etiquette, and presentation.
Reservation & Seating Management: Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of service-related items (e.g., linens, glassware, menus) and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as company policies and local regulations.
