Customer Service Manager, GBA Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers from SME industry, especially those in science and technology innovation enterprises.
• Explore new customers and business opportunities by promoting deposits, loans , cash management and other banking products.
• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client business model and risk profiles.
• Prepare credit proposals and annual credit reviews for customers
• Explore cross-selling opportunities, improve service quality and revenue
• Collaborate with different departments and teams to jointly maintain an overall consistent customer management ecosystem
• Responsible for KYC and AML for customers
• Monitor and manage risk profiles of loan portfolios

Job Requirements

• Secondary education level or above
• Relevant working experience in banking operations: loans administration/deposits/account opening/e-banking services and etc; preferably with front-line or customer service /bills operation experience
• Good business sense, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and self-driven
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Conversant in MS Office Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
