Assistant Manager, Settlement Team - Card Business & Payment Solutions Dept

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile day-to-day accounting entries, accounting books and ledgers in relation to business partners, card associations and customers for ensuring its correctness. 
• Process the account maintenance, transaction entry, etc to ensure its correctness.
• Ensure the daily settlement task with all parties are executed timely to meet pre-defined card association requirements.
• Prepare the regular reports to card association and management on time Support the investigation and resolution of daily settlement problems, exception cases and suggest improvement/prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s relevant AML policy guidelines and section’s relevant operations procedure manuals when handling card accounts
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, system enhancement as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above or in related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in credit card business and/or financial sector.
• Good understanding and knowledge of transaction processing of credit card/acquiring merchant business is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mind and sensitive in figures
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
