Officer, Client Services and Middle Office

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for salespersons and client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Support daily reporting activities and monitor CIES/FATCA/CRS filing obligations
  • Assist with account opening procedures for both local and offshore clients
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and perform other operational duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of client servicing experience in the financial industry; prior experience in a brokerage firm is an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 and 4 licenses is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • A proactive team player with strong commercial awareness
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Assistant Officer position
