Job Duties:

  • Manage building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and projects; prepare and review maintenance schedules; and oversee maintenance activities for designated properties, including but not limited to conducting technical feasibility studies and providing engineering and maintenance solutions
  • Responsible for effective communication with tenants of shopping mall and commercial buildings, and coordination with internal property management teams,
  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and monitor work progress.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to supervise maintenance contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare annual maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate consultancy services for renovations and improvements, lead projects as needed.
  • Vet fit-out / reinstatement requests and special projects.
  • Implement quality, environmental, and health & safety standards for the company’s operations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skill
  • Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
