Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end supplier onboarding, including due diligence, contract, and compliance checks flow(e.g., KYC, service-level agreements) to ensure seamless integration
Ensure timely update on vendor records management
Assist the benefit redemption processes between customer service teams and vendors, help customer servie team to resolve inquiries/complaints within the required timeline to enhance user satisfaction
Monitor partner performance via usage and conversion analytics.
Analyze consumer behavior and partner performance data (e.g., redemption patterns, churn rates) to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Assist in periodic reports preparation including usage report, conversion rate.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or fintech/e-commerce operations, with exposure to supplier onboarding or CRM systems.
Familiarity with Hong Kong’s regulatory landscape (e.g., PDPO)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for data visualization
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, good interpersonal, communication skills.
