Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing risk management and compliance activites in the MPF and SFC trustee business, include but not limited to:
  • Update the risk and compliance related procedure manuals
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the compliance review to the service providers of the funds
  • Assist on the scheme documents review
  • Perform reporting and tracking of the regulatory submission
  • Prepare for the risk reporting materials to the group company
  • Perform periodic independent review on the risk assessments carried out by other departments
  • Assist to arrange the board/ committees meetings and prepare the relevant board materials
  • Work/ coordinate with internal teams and external parties to discuss the risk/ compliance related matters
  • Engagement in ad hoc or advisory projects and tasks as required by the department manager and head.

Qualifications

  • Prefer fresh graduate student.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in trustee industry, compliance, risk management, control, audit, accounting functions.
  • Bachelor’s/ University degree
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership and management of issues
