Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Interpret contract details
  • Decipher contract / provider information into related systems or templates with consistent terminology
  • Provide customer service support on contract/enrolment set-up enquiry (including investigate and identify the root cause, communicate with relevant parties to develop solutions and to avoid future occurrence)
  • Handle doctor applications and movements
  • Provide training to other staff on system use and contract logistics (including prepare training materials, issue broadcast and demonstration etc)
  • Provide any support on project assigned
  • Prepare and perform system UAT
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by team head

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or equivalent, preferrably in Business Administration or IT disciplines
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience preferably in the Sales / Policy Administration / IT in Insurance or HealthCare Industry
  • Willing to learn, organized, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule
  • Good PC skills, especially in excel and photo editing
  • Self-starter, independent with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
