Concierge Assistant

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
- Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
- Arrange transportation for guests upon request
Requirements
- Certifications or diploma in hotel study is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Guest service oriented and good communication skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
