AVP, Relationship Manager - Chong Hing Insurance Brokers Limited

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop new prospects on insurance broker business
• Follow up the potential policyholder referred by the group or approved business channels in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) to identify the insurance and financial need of potential policyholder
• Handle the potential policyholder on providing insurance advisory, sales & marketing of insurance products, insurance application and follow up all underwriting process & after sales services
• Comply with regulatory requirement and group policy of insurance brokerage activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder is preferable 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in selling insurance product for banks and/or insurance brokers in HK
• Possess recognized Insurance Qualification to be the TR under Insurance Authority
• Good knowledge of General Insurance, Life Insurance products & market trend
• Understand AML, CFT and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
• Self-motivated, sales driven, customer focused and can work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
