Assistant Manager, Sales Administration - Chong Hing Insurance Brokers Limited

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for post-sales policy administration and services on regulated insurance brokerage activities
• Arrange client review meetings for client retention purpose
• Maintain proper documents and records for post sales services to clients
• Provide assistance to handle full cycle case management of life insurance applications
• Prepare business correspondences, reports and handle administrative duties
• Assist in financial accounting activities and reporting
• Strictly follow the relevant compliance and internal requirements of insurance brokerage activities
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in the HKDSE including Chinese / English and Mathematics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of insurance sales administration from insurance industry is preferable
• Possess recognized Insurance Qualification to be the TR under Insurance Authority is an advantage
• Understand the AML, CFT, and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
• Familiar with Words, PowerPoint and Excel applications
• Customer-oriented, good communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
