Officer Trainee - 12 months contract (IT System Operations)

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch

Responsible for the daily operations of Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, help desk and first tier technical support
Operate mainframe, open system computers and peripheral equipment
Perform job submission according to the job schedule, inspect the job result, monitor the console messages and report errors in a timely manner
Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Good knowledge on IBM mainframe, Windows or Linux is preferable
Willing to work on a 24-hour shift basis
