- Conduct credit card market research, including market trend and competitors analysis;
- Use data analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns/business strategies and to identify business opportunities;
- Assist in developing and formulating credit card business strategies, financial model, propositions and tactical plans;
- Prepare business papers, proposals and reports;
- Provide department administrative supports;
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Quantitative analysis or related discipline;
- A minimum 5 year relevant working experience in Credit Card, Unsecured Lending Product, Retail Banking, Product Management, Customer Management or Sales Development area;
- Strong business acumen with good quantitative analytical skill. Familiar with credit card product is a plus;
- Good stakeholder management, self-motivated with strong influencing and interpersonal skills;
- Solid experience in Chinese business paper/proposal writing and PowerPoint;
- Experience in SAS / other statistical analysis tools is preferred;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Strategic Planning (Credit Card Business)
