Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing all-rounded customer service support to the corporate banking business
Coordinate with corporate clients and handle the enquiries in order to boost customer’s deposits, foreign exchange transactions as well as the use of other settlement products
Assist in handling corporate account opening, client onboarding, anti-money laundering and ensure the daily operations and documentations are in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Address customer feedback / complaints professionally and offer prompt, competent and quality customer services and provide prompt solutions to customer via different channels
Participate in system enhancement and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with HKQF-related qualifications (e.g. AAMLP)
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in corporate banking business and candidates with sales experience are preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to manage a good relationship with clients and colleagues
Demonstrate strong learning ability and willingness to take up new initiatives
Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
Promising candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
