Settlement Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform trade processing and daily settlement for Hong Kong Stocks, HK Connect A Stocks, and Equity Options Markets
• Handle stocks’ deposits and withdrawals in scrips/e-transfer via CCASS
• Assist to handle corporate actions events
• Conduct daily cash/stock reconciliations
• Prepare stamp duty returns
• Handle ad-hoc projects/UAT or tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Higher diploma or degree in any disciplines
• At least 1 year of settlement experience in brokerage industry
• Hands-on experience with CCASS
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good working attitude, detail-minded, responsible and a team player
• Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome.  Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer or Assistant role
