Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Officer to join our dynamic Real Estate and Investment Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and assist efficiently with acquisition processes and other investment-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Clerical Functions: Perform a full range of clerical and administrative tasks for the Real Estate and Investments team, ensuring all assignments are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Records Management: Maintain and update files, records, and databases related to real estate transactions and investment activities, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
- Documentation Review: Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of acquisition-related paperwork, including contracts, agreements, due diligence documents etc
- Portfolio Operations: Support the daily operations of our overseas property portfolio by assisting with various administrative tasks aimed at enhancing portfolio performance.
- Communication Management: Handle correspondence, emails, and calls independently with minimal supervision, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of leasing, property management, and acquisition activities related to the overseas property portfolio, contributing to the overall success of the team.
2. Coordination
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate property transactions and investment workflows. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.
3. Other Duties
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support for ad-hoc projects and duties when necessary, as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate, investment, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes:
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Self-motivated and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of real estate and investment processes is an advantage.
Availability: Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
