Team Head, Property Valuation

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to liaise with external valuation firms in providing an effective and high quality valuation service in both verbal valuation and reports to branches and user departments

• Review and enhance the valuation policy and services of the Bank and ensure it's effective implementation

• Conduct valuation work, from modelling to reporting, for various properties, e.g. investment property, land and building, equipment and business, etc.

• Lead valuation projects, collaborate with and support branches and user departments such as corporate banking, for business development

• Perform analysis of property data and insight of real estate market trend/ information for management review and consideration of short-term/ long-term strategy for business development

• Handle other duties assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines. Chartered Valuation Surveyor or with other relevant professional qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property valuation in commercial sector, banking exposure is preferred but not essential

• A strong team leader, excellent negotiation skills, self-driven with a positive and can do working attitude

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
