Supervisor, Direct Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Sales performance and daily operation
• Lead the team to promote loan in a professional and timely manner, and monitor overall performance
• Perform on-site monitoring and coaching to Sales
• Provide timely on-going products training and motivate the front line staff
• Handle the complaints and enquiries by the customers if necessary.
• Perform regular review, streamline the routine procedures and recommend improvements on sales workflow for better customer journey management

Job Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE/F.6 HKDSE or above
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Loan industry
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed
• Energetic, accountable and self-disciplined
• Strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate, customer oriented, well organized and a good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
