Support LPs in Achieving Performance Goals
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and sales support documents.
- Coordinate logistics for RM trainings, client events, and insurer/broker engagement sessions.
- Contribute to referral pipeline tracking and help ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Take initiative to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Processes
Maintain and Enhance Service Standards for the LP Team
- Proactively support administrative tasks such as documentation, referral tracking, scheduling, and system updates.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of LPs and key stakeholders, delivering timely and effective support.
- Identify and suggest process improvements that increase productivity.
- Help maintain internal records and data accuracy for reporting and governance purposes.
Foster Collaboration and Teamwork
- Serve as a reliable coordination point between LPs, RMs, CSMs, insurers, brokers, and internal functions (e.g., credit and risk).
- Assist in managing follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and smooth handovers across parties.
- Support knowledge sharing across the LP team, contributing to best practices and tools.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Able to work independently
- Manage multiple priorities effectively
- All business guidelines and compliance issues
Qualifications
- FLUENCY IN BUSINESS ENGLISH/SPEAKING OTHER LANGUAGES WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
