Debt Collection Officer

• Perform dunning calls
• Monitor loan accounts to carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic account
• Handle enquiries on overdue accounts
• Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support

工作技能要求：

• Diploma or above
• Preferably, with experience in money lending or financial institutions
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
