Officer, Mortgage Operation

Job Purpose

Perform maker role for mortgage loan operations handling in compliance with the Bank's policy and guidelines & / or regulatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maker role of mortgage loan drawdown, repayment and all related administrative works and ensure all works to be completed within the agreed service pledge;

• Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and compliance of the Bank's policy;

• Report all process deviations to supervisor;

• Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.

 Requirements

• Secondary education or above;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan documentation;

• Good knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation;

• Good knowledge and concept in retail banking products;

• Proficient in MS Office;

• Prudent and attentive to details;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
