Assistant Manager/Senior Officer - Relationship Manager Support (China Corporates)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Relationship Manager Teams and assist in cultivating long-term relationship with customers
• Handle account opening documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Handle deposit rate quotation, remittance transaction and conduct AML review
• Assist in conducting credit review for assessing and monitoring customers’ credit worthiness
• Compile regular reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc assignments / projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in banking or financial institutions is preferable
• Good analytical skills, report writings, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and customer oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience would be considers as "Senior Officer/Officer"
