Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer all telephone calls to Housekeeping Office and relay the messages to the concerned associates for follow up;
  • Update room status in system, control and record all keys issued and collected accurately;
  • Handle “Lost & Found”, flower and fruit orders as standard and procedures set;
  • Provide administrative support to the Department;
  • Complete other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor;
  • Afternoon shift duty from 1:30pm to 11:00pm.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above;
  • 1 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred;
  • Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills;
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
