Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Claims (General Insurance - Employees’ Compensation focus)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle employees’ compensation insurance legal claims from initiation to resolution
  • Verify, investigate and assess validity of claims
  • Liaise with customers, service providers and third-party claimants
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants
  • Answer claims hotlines and general telephone enquiries
  • Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the service standards
  • Assist in UAT
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

 

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Relevant experience in general insurance industry will be definitely an advantage
  • Professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE / ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantage
  • Good sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Good computer skills
