Perform checker role for mortgage loan operations and Title Deeds & Documents handling in compliance with the Bank's policy and guidelines & / or regulatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Check mortgage loan drawdown, repayment and all related loan administrative works and ensure all loan operation services meet agreed service pledge;
Ensure all due transactions and tasks are completed for the day;
Assist in updating procedure manual and work instructions of mortgage process;
Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and compliance of the Bank’s policy;
Report all process deviations to supervisor with recommendations;
Participate in projects on development of new products, automation / enhancement of related systems and enhance customer experience;
Provide coaching and training to junior staff;
Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan operations;
Sound knowledge on legal requirements for mortgage business;
Sound knowledge in mortgage business and relevant daily operations;
Proficient in MS Office;
Prudent and attentive to details;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
