Responsibilities

• Liaise among business stakeholders, IT units, vendors to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout and maintenance effectively
• Work closely with users, vendors, development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation
• Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation
• Providing production support to business units
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
• Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines 
• 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or finance sector. Less year experience will business technology manager
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Experience in vendor management
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in investment or debit card products would be an advantage
