FINANCE OFFICER - PORTFOLIO LEASING (2) DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

• Assist in consolidating revenues and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set
• Provide support in the preparation of management reports, including presentation materials
• Prepare financial model analysis for leasing portfolio
• Facilitate forecasting, budgeting and auditing
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• HKICPA student member or equivalent
• Proficiency in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude
• A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
