Operations Manager (Digital-Fiat Exchange Platform

Responsibilities:

① Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital-fiat exchange platform (cryptocurrency and fiat currency), including user acquisition, liquidity management, transaction monitoring, and risk control.

② Collaborate with technical, product, and compliance teams to optimize trading processes and enhance user experience (e.g., exchange speed, exchange rate transparency).

③ Monitor market trends (e.g., stablecoin exchange rates, regulatory policies) and develop operational strategies to mitigate volatility risks.

④ Manage customer support teams to handle exchange requests and disputes for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

⑤ Generate regular operational reports (e.g., trading volume, user retention) to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

① 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or digital asset exchange operations, with strong knowledge of OTC/exchange matching mechanisms.

② Understanding of Hong Kong and international AML/CFT regulations (e.g., MSO, VASP licensing requirements), with a compliance-oriented mindset.

③ Proficiency in blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) and transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Chainalysis).

④ Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to work in cross-border teams.

⑤ Preferred: Experience with stablecoins (USDT/USDC) or cross-border payment projects.

Payment & Benefits:

•  Competitive package (25% above market): HK$50,000 - HK$65,000
