JOB SUMMARY


The Keystone Programme is a multi-year programme implementing ATLAS (Core Banking System), SC Pay (New Payments Platform) & Euronet (New ATM Switch) to replace current varied core banking applications in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand.  The Keystone Programme will transform and modernise the Bank’s core system and operating model to optimise speed-to-market and value.  

The Keystone Test Lead (Finance & Functions) is accountable for the oversight of all Test activities related to Finance & Functions, ensuring timely and qualitative deliverables for: user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing (inclusive of business simulation & process testing), and any other testing deemed necessary to deliver a qualitive outcome.    The Keystone Test Manager needs to work with a core team and Business users to manage prioritization of code drops (core core, change requests & defects), test environment and test data needs are understood to ensure business testers meet the targeted velocity. The Keystone Test Lead is responsible to drive the reporting production for the stream working group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensure the program adheres to SCB standards, policies, and controls
Overall test strategy and ‘test’ delivery plan for the Keystone Finance & Functions domains
Provide leadership to the business testers streams by managing teams and ensuring output is of the right calibre 
Embed quality and consistency by adhering and / or implementing standardised test processes and reporting
Embed process to ensure the consistency and quality of test data

Work with Infrastructure teams to ensure quality and stable test environments

Provide program test updates to internal stakeholders as per agreed cadence on time and of high quality
Ensure for all artefacts - test cases, test results & test resources are in the central repository 
Be a single point of contact for Finance & Functions testing 
Ensure resolution and/or escalation in a timely manner any impediments / blockers
Supporting the Keystone Test Manager by providing subject matter expertise, contributing to the identification of risks and resolution of impediments, issues and blockers
Engage and communicate with relevant stakeholders as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of the programme. 
Acting as an ambassador for the Keystone Programme
Lead the preparation of the monthly working group decks, ensuring decks are distributed on time and at the right level of quality
