Officer, Policy Administration (General Insurance)

Job Purpose:

Process instructions from handers and issue policy with related documents in a timely and accurate manner in day-to-day operation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy documents for new business, renewal and endorsement with company standard in terms of lead time and accuracy
  • Prepare policy documents for dispatch
  • Liaise with internal customers on policy administration related issues
  • Take part in projects and perform user acceptance test to enhance efficiency and quality of policy service
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in insurance industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills in MS Word and Excel is a must
  • Good typing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • Knowledge in General Insurance is preferable
