Job Purpose:
Process instructions from handers and issue policy with related documents in a timely and accurate manner in day-to-day operation
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle policy documents for new business, renewal and endorsement with company standard in terms of lead time and accuracy
- Prepare policy documents for dispatch
- Liaise with internal customers on policy administration related issues
- Take part in projects and perform user acceptance test to enhance efficiency and quality of policy service
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in insurance industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills in MS Word and Excel is a must
- Good typing skills in both English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Knowledge in General Insurance is preferable
