Job Description

  • Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and monitor the guest services level.
  • Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team
  • Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue.
  • Amend the up-sell package based on market trend and customers’ needs.
  • Handle guest complaints.

Job Requirement

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in the hotel industry
  • Mature, independent and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
