Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage a full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions while supporting various HR initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum C&B functions, including payroll calculation, MPF and taxation
• Manage leave and attendance records, addressing issues to support payroll processes
• Handle staff movement and update personal records of employees in the HR system
• Prepare reports and analyses for management review
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR projects as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
