Senior Digital Services Officer - Project Management & Services

Responsibilities

• Be a team member of Project Management & Services Department
• Analyze business processes and requirements and design and develop RPA solutions
• Build, test, and implement RPA solution
• Integrate RPA solutions with various enterprise applications and data sources
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize and maintain RPA implementations
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project delivery

 
Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in full development cycle projects for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Possesses hands-on experience on UiPath or other RPA is preferred
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Experience in VBA scripting and workflow implementation is preferred
• Knowledge of test automation tools, web services, APIs, and database integration is preferred
• A good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature, independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Sound communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with Mandarin preferable
