What you’ll be doing?

Assist clients with scheduling deliveries

Handle customer enquiries & complaint promptly from Phone, Email and WhatsApp with CRM system

Identify and address customer issues, offering suitable solutions and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer needs

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to prevent potential churn and increase customer retention

Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices

Support any ad hoc projects

What are we looking for?

High diploma or degree holder

At least 2 years solid experience on customer service or retention role

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills

Good command of spoken Cantonese & English, written Chinese & English

Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, customer service software and tools

Immediately available is preferred
