Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day services of the Concierge and Bell operations​​​​
  • Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
  • Handle guests' inquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Deliver and collect luggage, parcels and letters from all guests

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel Concierge operation
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
