Bartender / Bar Captain

Job Duties:

• Create a high-quality dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the bar
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar
• Able to prepare ingredients and mix drinks professionally
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in Fine Dining Restaurant
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills 
• A self-driven candidate with effective motivational skills and team building skills 
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Well groomed
