Senior Manager – Wealth Management Operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of all routine operational process of Wealth Management Operation and Settlement team.
• Execute management duties in effective and efficient methods.
• Communicate and coordinate with Wealth management Department and Taipei Head Office. To make sure daily operations are correctly completed.
• Directly report to department head and supervise all team members.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above.
• Over 10 years of working experience in processing Treasury Service and Wealth Management Operation with at least 3 years in Supervisory level.
• Well knowledge on Settlement, Wealth Management Operation and Account opening.
• Familiar with relative rules and practice of HKMA /SFC / HKEX / HKAB / HKICL / HKTR.
• Proficient on the operation of Settlement relevant system (SWIFT, CMU/CMT, Clear Stream Bank Xact, Avaloq, Murex etc.)
• Good management and communication skills for external and internal parties.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
