Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending (Product Development)

Responsibilities:

• Initiate new product development and maintain existing product competitiveness to cope with the changing market demand
• Regular review end-to-end mortgage application flow to keep in line with market while within the compliance requirement
• Develop and maintain appropriate controls to ensure product/operation compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement
• Liaise with the Compliance & Legal Department to review and assess adequacy of relevant compliance control
• Launch promotion programs to aim at increasing mortgage sales revenue of the whole bank
• Make appropriate escalation of risk reporting in line with organizational procedures
• Take up special projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product development and sales management in banking or finance institution
• Good knowledge in real estate loan or unsecured loan products is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication skills and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
