AVP, Business Analytics, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of MI reports on business performance in a timely and high quality manner for management decisions and to facilitate business growth
• Handle annual budget to set target for business performance, and monitor business performance closely and regularly
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation through data-driven insights
• Work closely with the IT department to develop and enhance the data platform, providing business perspective feedback to the IT team and conduct UAT

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking, business planning or analytics
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of VBA, Power Query or SQL is an advantage
• Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
