Pastry CDP / Demi Chef - VEA

Responsibilities:

• Assist Pastry Chef for pastry duties
• Plating
• Mis-en-place
• Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in an open kitchen environment

Requirements :

• Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience at supervisory position in fine dining kitchen or Michelin Starred restaurant.
• Lesser experience will be considered as Pastry Demi Chef.
• Good knowledge of food processing methods.
• Creative and quality-oriented team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in speaking English, Cantonese a plus but not required.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Hong Kong resident only.
