Responsibilities
- To assist Team Head who manages 2 sub teams (CBG Sales Surveillance and CBG Customer Feedback Management) for process revamp to enhance work effectiveness and to ensure meeting compliance standard.
- To perform data analysis to draw implication and carry out new initiatives on new process and to enhance the robustness of control.
- To coordinate any project on Sales Surveillance and Customer Feedback Management related area to ensure the progress meeting project timeline and fulfilling ultimate goal.
- To prepare management report, presentation deck with data and slide to support ad hoc or regular meetings and reporting.
- To liaise and coordinate with audit / compliance / business units where needed to uplift the work effectiveness and quality.
Requirements
- University Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance or Banking.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in banking field.
- Familiar with banking, investment and insurance related regulatory requirements.
- Capability and experience in analyzing data from control perspective.
- Good at composing presentation deck and management report.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and fluency in both English and Cantonese.
