Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and quality customer support services to clients and ensure smooth client onboarding including KYC, customer enquiries and after-sale support experience
Support Relationship Managers on daily sales activities, business transactions, and statistical reporting
Assist in monitor and track the progress of sales team projects, coordinate business development activities/events
Support the client and business analysis, coordinate data collection and integration based on the macro economy, national policies, and head quarter’s strategy and prepare necessary internal reports
Assist to propose system optimization requirements according to business needs
Handle other related ad hoc tasks and assignments
Requirements:
Degree holder or equivalent qualifications, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in banking field.
Responsible, motivated and willing to learn.
Well acquainted with major computer software for office works including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Sound analytical and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills to manage a good relationship with clients and colleagues.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, especially fluent Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
