Housekeeping Coordinator

What you will do

• Update room status accurately and assign cleaning tasks to Room Attendances
• Be responsible for key control
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, lost & found cases or complaints related to Housekeeping service with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain proper inventory levels of Housekeeping supplies, ensuing timely replenishments
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to Housekeeping operations
• Shift duty is required

What we are looking for

• Certificate holder or above in Hospitality Management or related fields
• 1-year relevant working experience in sizeable hotels
• Knowledge in Housekeeping operations and procedure
• Be a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good command in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
