Job responsibilities:
Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of the partnering banks
Maintain close cooperation with partnering banks and provide professional sales support and excellent service
Provide relevant business plan on achievement of sales target and product development strategies
Job duties may be adjusted according to the changes in the market and the strategy of the company
Requirement:
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines
At least 4-6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Bancassurance and banking field
Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferred
Have broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets
Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

具備代理人長期保險牌照或相關理財規劃師資質,擁有保險技能專業資格(如壽險管理師)優先
熟悉內地保險市場,瞭解內地客戶需求
良好的溝通技巧;自我激勵,能獨立工作及承受工作壓力
良好的中英文書面表達和普通話、粵語表達溝通能力
